Mirror Stitch provides digital fashion development products including but not limited to tech packs, digital patterns, 3D garment files, embroidery designs, and custom development services.

2. Digital Products (Ready-Made Downloads)

2.1 All ready-made products sold on this website are digital files only. No physical products will be shipped.
2.2 After successful payment, customers will receive instant access to download the purchased files.
2.3 It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the required software to open and edit the files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D, DXF-compatible software).

3. License & Usage Rights

3.1 All digital products are sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
3.2 Buyers may:
          • Use purchased files for personal or commercial garment production.
          • Modify designs for their own brand.
3.3 Buyers may NOT:
          • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or upload files to third-party platforms.
          • Claim the original digital file as their own creation.
          • Sell the digital file itself in any format.
Violation may result in legal action.

4. Custom Orders

4.1 Custom services (tech pack development, pattern making, 3D design, etc.) require full or partial advance payment before work begins.
4.2 Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity.
4.3 Once final files are delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
4.4 Intellectual property ownership for custom work transfers to the client only after full payment is received.

5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
5.2 International buyers are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or import duties applicable in their country.
5.3 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of ready-made downloadable files are final and non-refundable.
6.2 Refunds for custom services may only be considered before work has started.
6.3 Once a file has been downloaded, no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mirror Stitch is not responsible for:
          • Production errors made by factories.
          • Misuse of digital files.
         • Software compatibility issues.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing files before production.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, files, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Mirror Stitch unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by international commercial principles. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.
