• All ready-made digital product sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once files are downloaded.
Custom Services
• Refunds may be requested before work begins.
• Once project work has started, payments are non-refundable.
• After final delivery, no refunds will be provided.
If there is a technical issue with files, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
