To start your Tech Pack, we need a visual reference of your design. This can be a rough hand sketch, a mood board, or reference photos of similar garments. If you have specific measurements, fabric preferences, or logo files, please provide those as well. The more details you share, the more accurate your Tech Pack will be!

Once the final design is approved, you will receive a high-resolution, production-ready PDF file that you can send directly to your factory. Depending on the package you choose, we also provide the editable source files, such as Adobe Illustrator (.AI) for the sketches and Microsoft Excel (.XLSX) for the spec sheets.

The turnaround time depends on the complexity of your garment. Typically, a standard Tech Pack takes about 3 business days to complete. For full collections or highly detailed technical outerwear, it may take a bit longer. We will always give you an estimated delivery time before we start.

Yes, absolutely! We want to ensure your Tech Pack is 100% accurate. We typically include 2 to 3 rounds of revisions in our standard packages. This allows you to review the initial draft and request adjustments to the sketches, measurements, or design details before the final files are exported.

We specialize strictly in design and technical documentation (Tech Packs). We do not provide hard/physical patterns but we manufacture physical garments, to get more info. visit this link. However, our Tech Packs are created using industry standards and are universally understood by professional pattern makers and clothing factories worldwide.
Yes, your privacy and intellectual property are our top priorities. We will never share your designs with third parties. We are also more than happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you send us any of your concepts or sketches.
Yes! We have experience creating Tech Packs for a wide variety of apparel categories, including menswear, womenswear, children’s clothing, activewear, swimwear, denim, and even accessories like bags and hats.
Yes. If you have a physical garment that you want to replicate or modify, you can send us clear, flat photos of the garment along with its exact measurements (we can provide a guide on how to measure it). We will use that data to build your technical sketches and grading charts.
